Cancellations
Please reserve your space at least 2-3 days in advance, if possible.
There are no refunds for same day cancellations
65% refund on cancellations 2 days prior to tour
50% refund on cancellations 1 day prior to tour
Being Late
As all of our tours are designed to specific times, events etc, we would appreciate it if you try your best to not be late for pick up. A late start can alter the times we spend in a particular location and limit it in others, as to accommodate for lunch and other commitments, etc.
